ValuedBud LLC reserves the right to verify the age of any customer at any time. Age verification may be conducted through one or more of the following methods, at ValuedBud LLC's sole discretion:

• Submission of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a driver's license, state identification card, passport, or military identification).
• Use of third-party age verification services that utilize public records and other data sources to confirm age and identity.
• Request for additional documentation when ValuedBud LLC deems it necessary to confirm a customer's age or identity.

Age verification may occur at any of the following stages, as determined by ValuedBud LLC:

• Before checkout is completed.
• After an order is placed but before shipment.
• Before delivery is completed.

4. Refusal of Service

5. Adult Signature Requirement

At ValuedBud LLC's sole discretion, certain shipments may require one or more of the following upon delivery:

• Presentation of a valid government-issued photo identification to the carrier upon delivery.
• Completion of carrier-administered age verification procedures.

If no adult of legal age is available to sign for and accept the delivery, the carrier may make additional delivery attempts in accordance with their standard procedures. If delivery cannot be completed after the carrier's designated number of attempts, the package will be returned to ValuedBud LLC.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that an adult of legal age is available to receive shipments that require an adult signature. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment of packages returned due to failed adult signature requirements.

6. False Information

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information regarding your age or identity is a serious violation of this policy. Any customer who provides false information may be subject to the following actions, at ValuedBud LLC's sole discretion:

• Immediate cancellation of all pending orders without prior notice.
• Suspension or permanent termination of your customer account.
• Permanent refusal of service for all future purchases.
• Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

ValuedBud LLC takes age verification seriously and will pursue all available remedies against individuals who attempt to circumvent our age verification procedures.

7. Parent & Guardian Responsibility

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for preventing minors under their care from accessing and purchasing products from ValuedBud LLC. We strongly recommend that parents and guardians:

• Monitor and supervise their children's internet usage and online activities.
• Utilize parental control tools and content filtering software to restrict access to age-restricted websites.
• Securely store any products purchased from ValuedBud LLC out of reach of children and minors.

ValuedBud LLC cannot be held responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors who have misrepresented their age or who have accessed a parent's or guardian's account or payment information without authorization.

8. Legal Compliance

All products sold by ValuedBud LLC are derived from federally compliant hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in accordance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill") and applicable federal law.

• Preventing fraudulent transactions and unauthorized purchases.

10. Order Cancellation

If age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, ValuedBud LLC reserves the right to cancel the affected order.

When an order is cancelled due to inability to verify age:

• Payment will be refunded to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable time, unless otherwise prohibited by fraud investigations or applicable law.
• ValuedBud LLC is not responsible for any delays in refund processing caused by the customer's financial institution or payment processor.
• Non-refundable third-party age verification fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.
