ValuedBud LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
ValuedBud LLC ships orders via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, or other carriers at our discretion. The shipping method selected at checkout determines the carrier and service level for your order. Shipping options and pricing are displayed during checkout and are subject to change based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level.
All shipments are sent in discreet, unmarked packaging. No branding, logos, or product-identifying information is visible on the exterior of any package. Packages are designed to protect the contents and maintain privacy during transit.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created. You may track your package using the carrier's website or tracking portal with the tracking number provided.
All delivery estimates provided at checkout or in shipping confirmations are estimates only and are provided by the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by ValuedBud LLC. Actual delivery times may vary significantly based on factors including but not limited to:
Carrier delays are outside of ValuedBud LLC's control. ValuedBud LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our reasonable control. In the case of a significant delay, ValuedBud LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating their packages and resolving the issue.
The risk of loss and title for products purchased from ValuedBud LLC pass to the customer upon acceptance of the package by the shipping carrier, subject to applicable law. Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
ValuedBud LLC ships hemp-derived products in compliance with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill") and applicable federal law. All products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. However, certain states and localities have enacted laws that restrict or prohibit the shipment, possession, or use of hemp-derived cannabinoid products.
ValuedBud LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or delay shipments where shipment to a particular destination would violate applicable federal, state, or local laws, or where the legality of shipping to that destination cannot reasonably be confirmed. If an order is cancelled for these reasons, we will notify you and issue a refund for any amounts paid.

ValuedBud LLC does not ship internationally at this time. We only ship to addresses within the United States where shipment of hemp-derived products is permitted by applicable law.
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the selected shipping method. All available shipping options and their associated costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
ValuedBud LLC may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping eligibility thresholds, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and may vary by promotion. Free shipping promotions are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.
Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer where applicable. ValuedBud LLC is not responsible for additional charges assessed by carriers or customs authorities.
ValuedBud LLC is committed to ensuring that our products are accessed only by adults of legal age. At our sole discretion, we may require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) upon delivery for certain shipments. This may include signature confirmation services provided by the shipping carrier.
Additionally, ValuedBud LLC may require identity or age verification at any point during the order and shipping process. This may include verification through third-party age verification services, government-issued identification, or other methods deemed appropriate by ValuedBud LLC.
If a shipment requiring adult signature confirmation cannot be delivered because no eligible adult is available to sign for the package, the carrier will follow its standard procedures, which may include holding the package for pickup, making additional delivery attempts, or returning the package to sender. Customers are responsible for ensuring that an adult of legal age is available to receive and sign for such shipments.
If a package is believed to be lost before delivery, ValuedBud LLC will work with the customer and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. ValuedBud LLC may require the completion of a carrier investigation before issuing a replacement order or refund.
Carrier investigations typically involve the carrier researching the package's last known tracking scan, interviewing delivery personnel, and conducting a search for the package. The duration of a carrier investigation varies by carrier and circumstances and is outside ValuedBud LLC's control.
If the carrier investigation confirms that the package was lost in transit, ValuedBud LLC will, at its discretion, either reship the order at no additional cost to the customer or issue a full refund for the lost items. If the carrier investigation confirms delivery was completed to the address provided by the customer, ValuedBud LLC is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
Packages may be returned to ValuedBud LLC for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
If a package is returned to ValuedBud LLC for any of the above reasons, we will notify the customer via email. Additional shipping charges may be required before the package can be reshipped to the customer. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and deliverable address for reshipment.
If the customer does not wish to have the package reshipped, ValuedBud LLC will issue a refund for the product cost, less any shipping charges incurred, including return shipping fees assessed by the carrier. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable time.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents promptly. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged during transit, or if items are missing from your order, you must notify ValuedBud LLC within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
When reporting damaged or incorrect products, please provide photographs of the product and packaging where applicable. Photographs help us document the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve claims. Please send your notification and photographs to support@valuedbud.com.
ValuedBud LLC will, at its discretion, replace damaged or incorrect products, ship missing items, or issue a refund for affected items. We may require the return of damaged or incorrect products before issuing a replacement or refund. In such cases, ValuedBud LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Failure to notify ValuedBud LLC within the 48-hour window may affect our ability to process a replacement or refund. This policy is in place to ensure timely resolution and accurate carrier claims processing.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or other household members, and contacting the carrier directly to initiate a trace. ValuedBud LLC will assist in these efforts as commercially reasonable.
ValuedBud LLC is committed to providing responsive and helpful customer support. Customer support requests are generally responded to within one to two (1–2) business days, although response times may be longer during high-volume periods, including but not limited to product launches, promotional events, holidays, and periods of unusually high order volume.
