ValuedBud™ sells hemp-derived products that are intended only for adults 21+.

All products are derived from hemp containing less than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight, consistent with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. However, individual state and local laws may vary.

Customers are responsible for:

knowing their local regulations
ensuring products may be lawfully possessed in their location
confirming shipping eligibility to their state or municipality

If a state restricts shipment of hemp cannabinoids, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

"Hemp-derived THCA" refers to:

cannabinoids extracted from federally compliant hemp
hemp containing less than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight
naturally occurring THCA present in the plant

Important distinctions:

THCA is not Δ9-THC
THCA can convert to Δ9-THC with heat
Products are sold as hemp flower, not for combustion or inhalation direction claims

All ValuedBud™ products:

are third-party lab tested
include Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
display batch-specific potency information

ValuedBud™ is strictly 21+ only.

We verify age in two ways:

1. Age-gate on our website

You must confirm you are 21 or older to enter the site.

2. Age verification during checkout

Your name, address, and purchase information may be used to verify legal age through a third-party system.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

ValuedBud™ memberships are optional monthly subscriptions that provide:

recurring monthly member benefits
product credit or included product depending on tier
exclusive early access to drops
member-only pricing discounts

Key points:

billed automatically every 30 days
you may cancel any time before the next billing date
partial-month refunds are not issued once a billing cycle begins
discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days
Discreet packaging is used
Tracking information will be emailed once shipped
Free shipping thresholds are listed at checkout and may vary by promotion

Refunds and returns

Due to the nature of hemp products, returns are limited.

We will replace or refund orders that are:

incorrect
damaged during shipping
missing items
